Abeka Operations Manager
Abeka is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Operations Manager.
Started in 1972, Abeka is a Christian publishing and printing company producing quality Christian textbooks for schools and homeschools.
The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and implementing contact center strategies and operations, improving systems and processes, evaluating critical systems, and developing strategies to optimize contact center functions. Focus is on optimizing systems and supporting contact center sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in management or related field. A master’s degree in management and 3+ years of call center customer service experience is preferred.
