Abeka Customer Service Supervisor
Abeka is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Customer Service Supervisor.
Started in 1972, Abeka is a Christian publishing and printing company producing quality Christian textbooks for schools and homeschools.
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in the customer service area and monitoring incoming contacts and quality of work, as well as assisting agents and customers to help resolve issues. This position will also assist the Customer Service Manager with tasks and special projects. Tasks include overseeing employee scheduling, attendance, and discipline; monitoring and observing incoming contacts; and answering employee questions related to customer service.
To be considered, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience as supervisor of customer service at a contact center.
