Academic Customer Service
Abeka is seeking a qualified individual to serve in Academic Customer Service.
Started in 1972, Abeka is a Christian publishing and printing company producing quality Christian textbooks for schools and homeschools.
Key responsibilities include grading coursework from Abeka Academy students around the world and providing grading and academic assistance by phone, e-mail, and chat. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
