Remote Customer Service
Abeka is seeking a qualified individual willing to use their skills to serve the Lord in a vibrant, exciting ministry.
Started in 1972, Abeka is a Christian publishing and printing company that produces quality Christian textbooks for schools and homeschools. Today, Abeka is one of the world’s largest creators and distributors of Christian-based educational solutions from nursery through the 12th grade.
Remote customer service staff are expected to handle incoming contacts via phone, e-mail, or chat to contribute to various project areas, to maintain accurate procedures, and to continually seek self-improvement. While working remotely, communication is expected regularly to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and lend support to customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities vary from grading course work for Abeka Academy students around the world to answering customer calls, e-mails, and chats. Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, are required.
Flexible hours are available with a maximum of 25 hours per week. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Some location requirements apply.
